Finance Options

Once you are satisfied with your quotation and have selected your product you will place your order for your heat pump. ASV United makes purchasing a new heat pump as easy as possible. We offer various finance options including Q Cards and Gem Visa credit cards so that you can enjoy your heat pump now and pay later on a schedule that best suits you. If you don't already have either of these cards no problem. We can assist you to apply for your card so you can enjoy all the benefits offered. Delivery and Installation

An ASV United technician will arrive at your home on a day and time to suit you to deliver and install your heat pump. All our qualified technicians are fully trained to respect your home and family and aim to install your heat pump with the least disruption possible. Rest assured that your home will be left clean and tidy after the installation and your technician will be happy to answer any questions you have about how to use your new heat pump. All our heat pumps come with the backup of the brands we represent, including the appropriate product warranties, so you can have true peace of mind and the assurance that your heat pump is fully guaranteed.

Cleaning & Maintenance

At ASV United we believe in servicing our customers long after the initial sale. That's why we are proud to offer our customers a full service including assistance with on-going heat pump maintenance requirements. A regular clean and sanitisation of your heat pump ensures it will be working at full efficiency saving power as well as resulting in healthy air flow throughout your home. Both the indoor and outdoor units are cleaned in our thorough service. We can check that no mould or fungi is present on the units and, if need be, treat these with the appropriate solutions to ensure your heat pump is completely clean and functioning as it should.
