I would like to commend Brendan on his workmanship when he came and serviced our heat pump this morning. He was very professional, polite and addressed any questions with confidence that I raised with him during the service . Brendan also drew to our attention that we may have rodents (mice) in our outdoor unit so we could address this issue, which was much appreciated. I am sure he will become a valued member of your team and we wish him all the best in his position as a service agent for your company.

I would like to convey to ASV LTD how impressed I have been with Andrew Tautai. He is very professional and competent with a friendly manner and is a great asset to ASV LTD. The problem with the heat pump was a tricky one but he persisted until the issue was rectified and for that I was incredibly grateful. ASV is very lucky to have him as an employee.

Just wanted to say what a lovely friendly man Andrew your serviceman for Air Conditioner was when he called yesterday. So polite right from the moment he stepped from his car. Did a great job and explained all what he was doing while cleaning. Very fussy and clean and tidy. Put all things back in place. A pleasure to have in my home. I will certainly be recommending to all my friends to book with you and ask for Andrew. I am over 70 and thoroughly enjoyed his friendly chatter. Please pass on to his employer. Thank you.

We are very glad we had our new Hitachi heat pump installed in the bedroom (we already had one in the lounge). During the cold winter nights it has made all the difference not having to go from a warm lounge to sleep in a cold bedroom, and has improved our health.
Shelley and Pete, Dannevirke
My elderly parents in law recently added a small heat pump to their home. It was expertly installed and is exactly the right size for the requirement. My father in law (89 years old) makes several trips to their en suite bathroom during the night. As he moves extremely slowly, he was getting very cold during those times. With the installation of a heat pump in the bedroom he is now able to get back to sleep quickly! Also the team at ASV UNITED LTD have been extremely helpful in the whole process! They were happy to work through me as a mediator even working through me with the payment, as my in laws do not like paying over the phone with credit cards! Thank you for your cooperation! All is well!

I had Hannah come and do my heat pump on 17 August 2022. I would just like to say that she was so efficient, on time, lovely and friendly and did a fantastic job with the heat pump and I learnt a few good tips. I would highly recommend her to any of my family and friends and would love to have her again when my service is due again. Many thanks.
Janice O’Sullivan, Lower Hutt
This is just a note to let you know that Hannah's professional approach to this job from beginning to end was nothing short of outstanding. Hannah has a very friendly and respectful manner and very knowledgable as she was describing the stages of the work to be carried out and the type of units that are being installed, she did exactly as we asked, and she also kept us up to date on the progress of the work being carried out by her team. She told us that the work would be completed by the Long weekend as we were staying at the property for the first time and it was done, she visited us to check if we were happy with everything, which was lovely. We sincerely thank her. There is not enough words to describe her performance, and I have recommended her to a few of my friends and will always recommend her. We are very happy with everything.
